i took 1hr+ to get to mediacorp at yck to pay for a lime flea market slot. its freaking far. think i strained a few muscles here and there, must be due to the brisk walking cos i didnt want the office to close on me and i left the house late... now my legs and feet ache like shit.. oh well, at least that's over and done with.
today i sorted out one box full of clothes and "tagged" em with price tags.. so far about 100 clothes to sell.. i still have one more box to sort out.. gosh... i didnt realize how tiring this could be. also will have to go thru shoes for selling, but that ill wait till fri.
ok so its valentine's day already! actually im quite whatever abt the whole thing.. i saw so many kids (i.e. sec & jc students) crowding the flower shops everywhere i went..
i mean its nice to receive flowers no doubt but i dont think its practical.. flowers die after all unless u get artificial ones but they dont look as good. plus the prices are heavily inflated! about 4 times the norm, i heard.
so far im having fun spending my hong bao money.. in fact i've probably overshot my budget ages ago.. but i like to kid myself that i have some extra cash stashed away.. aint my fault that there are just so many lovely things to buy!
on fri ill be meeting lz for more shopping in town.. i must resist. i must resist.
will post up pics of my truckload of clothes for the flea when im done sorting.
